- Sales Process: Ensure all sales processes are followed, including accurate completion of paperwork and use of iPads for documentation.
- Professionalism: Uphold the company’s standards of customer service and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with customers and clearly explain product options and benefits.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC systems and Generac generators, as well as relevant electrical and mechanical codes.
- Sales Experience: Previous in-home sales experience is preferred, with a proven track record of success.
- Professionalism: Clean driving record and the ability to pass background checks.
