Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a focus on customer satisfaction. As an HVAC Technician at Kelley Brothers, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for our residential and commercial customers, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and Repair: Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
• Maintenance: Maintain HVAC systems according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide education on system maintenance.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and company policies.
• Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly, using iPads or other tools provided.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including diagnostics, repair, and installation.
• Previous experience as an HVAC technician is required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear and understandable way.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service, with a clean driving record and the ability to pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and tight spaces.
• Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.
