Kelley Create seeks a talented and mechanically inclined person to join our team as a Systems Integrator. The Systems Integrator plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated office automation systems for our clients. This position focuses on connecting various office technologies, including printers, multifunction devices, document management software, and cloud-based solutions, to create seamless and efficient workflows. The Systems Integrator ensures that hardware and software components work together effectively while optimizing system performance for business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
System Integration & Implementation
- Configure, deploy, and integrate office automation technologies, including printers, copiers, scanners, document management software, and cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure seamless connectivity between office automation equipment and customer IT environments, including networked print/scan solutions and security protocols.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues related to network connectivity, software configurations, and automation workflows.
- Provide remote and on-site support to clients, ensuring system functionality and performance.
- Work with third-party vendors to resolve complex system issues and implement updates or patches as needed.
Software & Network Configuration
- Install and configure print management software, document workflow applications, and automation tools.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices when integrating systems into client networks.
- Support Active Directory integration, cloud-based authentication, and mobile printing solutions.
Client Training & Support
- Conduct training sessions for end users and IT staff on system functionalities, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Assist in project planning, including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and client interactions for future reference.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2 years of experience in systems integration, IT support, or office automation technology.
- Experience working with networked office equipment, document management systems, or cloud-based solutions preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Active Directory integration.
- Experience with print server configurations, managed print services (MPS), and scanning solutions.
- Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., PaperCut, uniFLOW, DocuWare, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud-based automation (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure).
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and security standards.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Primarily office-based with travel to client locations as needed.
- Ability to lift and transport office automation equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
- May require occasional after-hours or weekend support.
