Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals to ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Growth : Identify opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue by promoting our services and products.
Customer Support : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent client experience.
Case Coordination : Collaborate with our technical team to ensure seamless communication and timely updates on cases.
Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and tailored recommendations to clients.
Outreach and Networking : Represent Kelley Dental Laboratory at industry events, seminars, and trade shows to foster professional connections.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (dental industry experience preferred).

A proactive, self-motivated attitude and passion for excellence.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
