Kelley Engineering is a premier team specializing in custom automation and contract manufacturing. We are hiring an Assembly Technician, and no experience is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Use of necessary tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues or defects in the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Numerous assembly operations based on detailed instructions, including but not limited to cutting, trimming, and assembling electrical components according to specifications provided.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand while working.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to handle small parts.
- Ability to distinguish colored wires for accurate assembly purposes.
- Motivated and detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills and a great attitude.
- Proficient in basic math skills.
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with hand tools and previous experience working with your hands is a plus.
