We are seeking a dynamic team lead for our intake department.
Can you imagine going to work every day knowing that you're making a positive difference? We are looking for an up-and-coming superhero to add to our intake department.
When our new clients call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. The job requires the right combination of telephone skills, leadership skills, empathy, and the ability to investigate the root of the issue.
If that's you, you'll play an integral role in creating positive client experiences. This important position involves the complete administrative duties related to client intake and retention, from that initial call to opening up the case in our Case Management Database and supervision of other team members.
Additionally, if you have Plaintiff Personal Injury experience and are looking for that next step in your career, this position may be perfect for you.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role
- Minimum 1 year in supervisory role
Other skills you need to succeed include the following:
- Ability to convey confidence over the phone
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Show empathy to callers and put them at ease during their difficult time
- Treat a call at 4:45 p.m. on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning
- Ability to motivate and hold other team members accountable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry
- Plaintiff Personal Injury experience a plus
- Bilingual (Eng/Span) a plus
