What are the responsibilities and job description for the PLAINTIFF TRIAL ATTORNEY position at Kelley Uustal?
Relatively small, elite-level teams change the world.
Running a movie set is different than running a movie studio. Leading a special forces mission is different than leading the U.S. Army. Creating a start-up that puts a dent in the universe is entirely different than managing a mature Fortune 500 company.
Long before Apple became what is today, when it was so much smaller, Steve Jobs said, "We attract a different type of person — a person who doesn't want to wait five or 10 years to have someone take a giant risk on him or her. Someone who really wants to get in a little over his or her head and make a dent in the universe. We are aware that we are doing something significant. We're here at the beginning of it and we're able to shape how it goes. Everyone here has the sense that right now is one of those moments when we are influencing the future."
Do you want to wait five or ten years, or do you want to bet on yourself now and put a dent in the universe? Do you want to go to work every day knowing you’re doing something significant, that you’re changing lives and influencing the future?

Kelley|Uustal trial attorneys have saved countless lives by forcing changes in how products are designed. We litigate cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Our mission is to influence the law so that it protects everyone rather than just the powerful and the connected. Our attorneys have won some of the biggest and most newsworthy verdicts ever, and our cases affect how people live their lives. There is a reason why we have created so many elite-level trial teams, and why we attract the most talented professionals in the country.
It’s because of our culture and our unique trial training program.
Working on a world-class trial team, with all that incredible talent, is a special kind of challenge. It’s more like working on a movie set than in a law firm. Or working with a Navy SEAL Team, or a small start-up intent on changing the world in a massive way.
