Requirements:
- Overall responsibility for daily retail location operations, ensuring uninterrupted service and promoting a positive customer buying experience.
- Schedule staff effectively and be available to assist when needed.
- Maintain inventory levels, including retail stock, fuel, car wash chemicals, and operating supplies.
- Cash management and customer service/communication.
- Facility maintenance to ensure a clean, appealing, and safely stocked facility.
Reporting Relationships:
This position reports to the District Manager for the territory. The Assistant Manager, Lead Sales Associate, and Sales Associates report to this position.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with solid organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal and business skills, typically associated with a high school diploma.
- A minimum of 6 years of management experience is required.
- Proven motivator with excellent team-building skills, comfortable directing and training others.
- Must complete an approved Food Service Sanitation Management course and maintain a valid certificate onsite.
- Superior customer service skills are mandatory, along with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- All Managers must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.
