Responsibilities
Provide residential real estate financing to new and existing KCCU members who are seeking home loan solutions through our vast network of internal referrals and online applications!
Meet goals and expectations set for the role.
Promote and cross sell additional products and services that make sound financial sense for our members.
Interview members and request specific information / documents to ensure a complete and accurate loan application.
Communicate effectively with all the appropriate parties every step of the way!
Analyze member's financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of the loan.
Maintain an up to date and accurate sales pipeline.
Attend local events that are associated with the mortgage industry.
Attend continuing education classes / seminars as directed by the manager.
Utilize KCCU training materials, reference tools and other resources to provide accurate and up-to-date loan program / policy information to both external members and internal team members.
Requirements :
Proven track record of successful sales experience
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Adobe Acrobat among others
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external members
Strong communication skills are a must, including the ability to communicate clearly across multiple channels
Must have the ability to work independently
Location and Hours of Work
This position will be based in the Southwest Michigan area.
