Kellogg Community Credit Union is seeking a Network Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This role is essential in ensuring our technology infrastructure remains secure, efficient, and reliable for both our internal and external members.
Responsibilities :
- Support and maintain the credit union's local area and wide area network, including servers, PCs, and all peripheral devices.
- Implement and manage backup procedures to maintain data integrity and security.
- Diagnose IT issues within the infrastructure, troubleshoot, and develop solutions to resolve system-related problems.
- Provide technical support to end users by resolving hardware, software, and systems integration issues via phone, in person, or online.
- Install, configure, and test new servers, operating systems, and software applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and service agreements.
- Administer and maintain phone systems, including VoIP solutions as needed.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies that enhance system efficiency and security.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support system upgrades and resolve issues.
