HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Training & Facilitation – Enjoy public speaking? We hope so, because in this role you will facilitate learning programs in a classroom environment or virtual online class sizes ranging from 12 to 150 people. You’ll also be responsible for preparing pre-facilitation materials, communication, scheduling and coordination activities for sales learning programs.
- Content Design & Development – If you’ve got a creative streak when it comes to putting content into creative formats, this may be the job for you! Creating learning content with a focus on building capabilities will be key to your success. You’ll develop job aids, create microlearning videos & audio learning content using software programs such as Camtasia, Easy Generator, Woo clap, and more.
- Business Support – By meeting with leaders you will share Learning & Development (L&D) curriculum and help to ensure the programs are assigned appropriately to their teams. You’ll work closely with leaders to ensure their teams are properly enrolled in appropriate learning programs (e.g., onboarding, micro-learnings, virtual, instructor led programs). This position will make sure communications & materials are tightly aligned to the business and the leaders.
- Project Management – With your can-do work ethic, you’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to offer input on new learning programs and executing existing core programs. You’ll be responsible for ensuring key timelines and milestones are met, while being agile enough to adjust to business needs.
- Learning Management & Analytics – You’ll follow your nose like Toucan Sam to track and measure learning performance. And you’ll utilize surveys such as Metrics that Matter to create an environment of continual improvement.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Passion for learning or developing other people- Strong oral presentation or public speaking skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus!
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus!
- Experience facilitating training programs & classroom environments
- Project Management experience
