What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area Field manager position at Kellogg Garden Products?
Field Merchandising Manager needed in NTX-DFW area. Must be fine working outside in Home improvement garden centers, stacking bags of soil, and pulling pallets. This is a field merchandsing/sales position. You must have your own vehicle and be able to regular drive around NTX-DFW.

- You will be visiting 3-4 garden centers daily merchandising, stacking, cleaning, and pulling heavy pallets of soil. You will be responsible for our products sales within your territory. You will also manage a team of seasonal employees. Travel is required for this position.
Please Only apply if meet all of the following criteria: The typical schedule is Mon-Friday * Two Saturdays a month REQUIRED* During Season. This is a very hands-on position that requires you to pull and lift heavy bags of soils. You will become a product expert and will assist customers in finding the right soil for their gardening projects. You must have your own driver’s license and vehicle and be able to travel around NTX-DFW area.

- Competitive hourly wages starting at 19.00 an hour or more depending on experience.
Qualifications : Must be 18 or older and have either sales, garden, laborer, or merchandising experience preferred Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 70lbs on a regular basis. Must possess a current valid driver's license and must have your own vehicle to drive. Must be reliable with good attendance and punctuality. Must have a cell phone that can take and send pictures. You should possess a competitive nature with great customer service and communication skills. Must be able to multi-task, manage time, and work independently as well as in a group. A successful candidate will also read, write, and speak English fluently. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Remember:
