Merchandiser/Advocate

```Duties```
- Merchandise products in accordance with company standards and guidelines
- Set up displays and arrange products to maximize visual appeal
- Ensure product availability and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Conduct regular inventory checks and restock as needed
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute merchandising strategies
- Monitor sales trends and adjust displays accordingly
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and locating items

```Experience```
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and displays
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate tracking of sales and inventory
- Ability to supervise and train other merchandising staff, if required
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences to create visually appealing displays
- Basic understanding of interior design principles for effective product placement
- Experience in visual design to create eye-catching displays
