This role is responsible for overseeing financial statement preparation, financial reporting, and operational accounting. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a key member of the leadership team.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls.
- Optimize and enhance ERP system utilization for financial reporting and process improvements.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA preferred but not required.
- 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment or public accounting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a leadership team.

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
