We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical in providing financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making for our national manufacturing operations. The Finance Manager will focus on FP&A, financial modeling, M&A activities, and cost-saving analysis to drive operational efficiencies and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess company performance and future opportunities.
- Partner with business units to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Financial Modeling & Strategic Analysis:
- Create robust financial models for scenario planning, capital investments, and business growth strategies.
- Evaluate financial and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support executive leadership with detailed reports and presentations.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):
- Conduct financial due diligence on potential acquisitions and partnerships.
- Assess valuation models, synergies, and integration plans for M&A activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal execution.
- Cost Savings & Efficiency Analysis:
- Analyze cost structures across manufacturing operations to identify savings opportunities.
- Develop strategies to optimize working capital, reduce expenses, and improve margins.
- Support operational teams with data-driven insights on cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, M&A, or a related finance role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and influence decision-making across teams.
