As an Associate Process Engineer , at our Jackson, TN, facility youll work cross-functionally to build capability in people and processes, while meeting and supporting your teams goals of safety, quality, service, cost and sustainability. Youll be involved in various projects across the site. These include : safety improvements, cost savings measures, new process integrations and process improvements.
A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
- Optimizing Processes Keep the plant production processes efficient as you work to improve process flow, reduce inventory costs, decrease area loss and implement efficiency-promoting practices. Youll execute projects by partnering with other key functions including : research and development, the manufacturing reliability team, the continuous improvement team and the autonomous maintenance team .
- Leading by Example and Coaching Develop high-performing teams through Kellanova Work Systems tools that identify and analyze losses to develop solutions and control plans.
- Driving KPIs and Work Standards Develop and lead plant manufacturing standards for the production lines.
- Promoting Best Practices Share your key learnings as you learn best practices along the way.
- Providing Technical Support Offer your professional support on production processes, equipment requirements for raw materials and finished goods, standards and specifications.

Compensation
The annual salary range is $80,200 - $105,210, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
