As the Environmental Health and Safety Manager at our Cincinnati, OH plant, youll play a pivotal role in fostering a safe and healthy workplace. In this leadership role, youll collaborate closely with employees to establish a proactive safety culture while guiding and developing a team of four associates. With opportunities to lead impactful projects, implement new procedures, and drive meaningful environmental and safety initiatives, youll help protect the well-being of our employees and the surrounding communitynow and into the future.
A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
- Functional Support Serve as a subject matter expert and technical resource for our broad safety and environmental compliance needs. Continuously monitoring our chemicals entering the facility, lead sustainability teams to identify key environmental drivers to reduce waste.
- Process Management Ensure proper EHS recordkeeping, permitting, and document management.
- Leadership Collaborate with your team on developing and delivering effective safety trainings.
- Knowledge Sharing Acting as resource for managers, employees, union personnel, and government officials. Contributing your specific expertise to a variety of meetings and projects.

Compensation
The annual salary range is $102,240.00 - $134,190.00, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
