Become a Facilities and Utilities Engineer at our Muncy, PA plant! Demonstrate your ownership mindset by overseeing the maintenance of our innovative facility and its equipment. You will also be responsible for implementing and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives related to all aspects of facilities and utilities.
A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
- Technical Improvements A major responsibility of this role will be to understand the equipment site-wide that is used for our facilities and utilities, and continuously work to maintain and improve function.
- Project Creation and Management As part of your role you will be implementing projects within your assigned area including execution of capital construction and facilities maintenance.
- Strategic Leadership This role will have you directing and coordinating our contractors that pertain to this department. Ultimately with the goal of utilizing their partnership to execute larger goals within the facility.
- Stay Compliant Food safety is our is a high priority. You will be responsible for keeping compliance with all food safety policies and procedures related to infrastructure.

The annual salary range is $100,560.00 - $131,985.00, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
