What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production worker position at Kellogg?
Looking for a challenging yet rewarding career with a company that produces the worlds most recognizable products? In your role as a Casual Production Worker located in our Pikeville, KY plant, you will have the opportunity to utilize your strong communication skills and attention to detail to keep the plant in tip-top shape! Youll collaborate with many diverse people and perspectives and be part of the united values and winning culture at Kellanova! You will attend a 2-day orientation training onsite and have the flexibility to work as needed at a rate of $16.20 per hour.
A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
- Safety First! From your first day, you will start training to get up to speed on following company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices. No injuries here!
- Lets Get Tidy! You will get to know all areas of the plant as you assist with performing cleanup on production and packaging equipment.
Lets see those machines sparkle.
- Ive Got Your Back! You will be responsible for providing coverage for other employees who may be on extended work schedules, vacations, and other time off. Its a team effort!
- Go, Team, Go! You will have the opportunity to establish strong partnerships with different departments across the plant and work together to ensure everything is in place.

- Must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
