Our Rome, GA, plant is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to enhance and maintain our sanitation program. This role is ideal for a problem solver who is determined, accountable, acts with integrity, and is courageous and adaptable. The work schedule is from 5 PM to 5 AM, with shifts available from Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday.
This on-site position in Rome, GA, involves supporting our operations and quality food safety departments to ensure the continuous production of safe and quality food. You will be managing a team of 10-30 union employees, providing leadership and ensuring they have the necessary tools and chemical inventory to succeed.
A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
- Compliance is Key Support the quality food safety programs by ensuring the master sanitation schedule is implemented.
- Program Management Collaborate with quality food safety, operations, maintenance, and other units to manage the allergen program effectively.
- Continuous Improvement Focused Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve the plant's key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Safety First Adhere to corporate, regulatory, and customer requirements to create a safe work environment for our team and visitors.
- Lead with Excellence Direct, train, develop, and support QFS Associates, ensuring they have the proper tools and chemical inventory to be successful.

Compensation
The annual salary range is $71,000 - $93,135, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
