A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
- Complex Cost Analysis Develop and analyze product innovation costs, identify cost reduction opportunities, and perform complex financial analyses to support decision-making across various business teams.
- Operational Collaboration Work closely with the plant in a consultative capacity to achieve financial goals, monitor key performance indicators, and deliver plans for executional excellence.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Projects Manage project execution, track key due dates, identify opportunities and risks, and fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Proactive Financial Stewardship Recommend budget updates, forecast financials, ensure accurate monthly financial closing / reporting, and review results with supply chain leadership.

Compensation
The annual salary range is $83,500 - $109,620, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
