Job Summary:
Our company prioritizes the security of customer and employee data across multiple enterprise platforms, protecting against insider risks. The Workforce Security Data Loss Prevention (DLP) team is at the strategic forefront of securing our ecosystem, leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance security measures. We are seeking a highly skilled Security Engineer to design and implement Data Loss Prevention capabilities, mitigating insider threats and malicious activities within our platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in security engineering and will work closely with AI technology to enhance our security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) security solutions for enterprise platforms.
- Develop, deploy, and operate security controls, including endpoint agents, security policies, and reporting mechanisms.
- Identify and mitigate security risks by leveraging AI and ML-based security solutions.
- Work with industry-leading security tools such as Netskope, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and CyberArk.
- Automate AWS security solutions and contribute to cloud security strategies.
- Collaborate with DevOps and SecOps teams to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain technical documentation, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum) to manage project development and security implementations.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- 7 years of experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Privilege Elevation Security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML security solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in security tools such as Netskope, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and CyberArk.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JSON, and familiarity with Jira.
- Expertise in AWS security and automation.
- Experience in DevOps, SecOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate security risks and solutions effectively at all levels.
