Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of materials from the 3PL warehouse to internal facilities.
- Monitor and track daily shipments to align with production schedules.
- Communicate with logistics partners to address and resolve shipment delays or issues.
- Work cross-functionally to prevent disruptions in production due to logistics failures.
- Monitor internal inventory levels and verify quantities and accuracy.
- Ensure alignment between on-site inventory and production needs.
- Maintain proper documentation of inventory transactions and movements.
- Collaborate with scheduling teams to understand upcoming production needs.
- Analyze demand forecasts and place timely material orders with the 3PL warehouse.
- Plan inventory replenishment to meet changing production demands.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and 3PL partners.
- Communicate inventory needs and updates to purchasing, planning, and production teams.
- Proactively update stakeholders on inventory status and potential risks.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving logistics and inventory workflows.
- Suggest cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing strategies.
- Promote best practices in inventory accuracy and logistics planning.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in supply chain and warehouse operations, preferably in Pharma/Biotech.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred.
- CPIM certification highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with inventory KPIs, data analysis, and reporting tools.
