We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Associate – Dispensing Technician to join our team in Portsmouth, NH. This role is responsible for the accurate and safe dispensing of raw materials—including liquids, powders, acids, and bases (both hazardous and non-hazardous)—under cGMP conditions. The materials dispensed will directly support the manufacture of therapeutic proteins (API).
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense raw materials (liquids, powders, acids, bases) under cGMP guidelines to support manufacturing.
- Demonstrate aseptic techniques and awareness of cross-contamination when handling materials.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complete all dispensing and weighing activities.
- Execute process recipes and maintain compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
- Perform basic laboratory testing (pH, conductivity, sampling) while wearing required PPE in a Class C environment.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of dispensing equipment.
- Perform First Level Reviews of completed eDispense orders/kits, upon completion of relevant training.
- Handle material movements—both physically and in enterprise software systems—to ensure timely delivery to manufacturing suites.
- Participate in safety inspections, report observations, and help maintain a safe working environment.
- Complete documentation and administrative tasks, including attending shift exchanges, meetings, and project participation.
- Support the Logistics Team with additional tasks as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a regulated environment.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating day schedule, including every other weekend.
- Understanding of cGMP compliance, cleanroom protocol, and PPE requirements.
- Basic laboratory and equipment handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with electronic batch records and enterprise systems a plus.
