Hello,

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Lead .NET Software Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This is a long-term contract position where you can leverage your expertise while contributing to impactful projects.

Position : Lead .NET Software Engineer

Duration : Long-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain high-quality .NET software applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Work closely with the Director of Engineering, providing leadership and support.
  • Tackle complex problems independently while steering team initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications :

  • 12 years of software engineering experience, particularly with .NET, C#, and Visual Basic.
  • Proven experience in large-scale software implementations, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Expert in object-oriented programming and design.
  • Strong relational database knowledge (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

    • Highly Desired Skills :

  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Proficient in CI / CD practices using tools like GitHub Actions, Gitlab CI, or Octopus.

    • Preferred Characteristics :

  • Experience with 24 / 7 mission-critical systems.
  • Strong understanding of CI / CD frameworks.
  • A passion for mentoring and coaching others.
