Position: Senior Visual Designer

Profile: Senior level visual designer who has experience taking a strategy and building the brand identity out creating a design system for use. Must have a good understanding of design system elements: icons, fonts, photography, color, templates (print, digital), asset management, etc. Solid grasp of Adobe, Illustrator and digital
We’re looking for a creative problem solver who can help support various branding projects and initiatives at the Client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual and interaction design, with a keen eye towards composition, color, and detail. They can work independently, self-manage, and find innovative ways and means to support our goals. If you are adaptable, service-oriented, and dedicated to being an advocate for our users through great design, then we want to work with you.
About you
A portfolio of your work included in your application.
6-8 years of experience in graphic design.
Hands-on experience in design at an agency or in-house team.
Advanced understanding of visual identity systems, hierarchy, typography, aesthetics, illustration, photography, and composition.
Experience working with brand level design systems.
Innovative conceptual thinking and problem solving skills.
Pixel perfect attention to detail is required.
Appetite for problem solving and a love for fast-paced environments.
Sharp design sensibilities, critical thinking, and an eye for details.
You have a solid understanding of UI design principles and best practices
Mastery of industry standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Figma.
Motion design and photography experience a plus.
