Job Summary:

This position requires significant travel, sometimes for extended periods, and may include assignments outside of the assigned district/state based on company needs. Responsibilities:
- Oversee assigned units within the district, ensuring smooth and efficient food service operations.
- Train managers and staff on proper operational procedures, company standards, and food safety protocols.
- Review unit inventories and weekly paperwork, and conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance.
- Maintain company standards at the highest levels, focusing on food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a liaison with clients to maintain positive and productive customer relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve unit performance and achieve company objectives.
- Manage and mentor unit managers, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor and control labor costs and other expenses within the district.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous multi-unit management experience in food service operations is required.
- Correctional food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of common food safety practices (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe).
- Strong leadership qualities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and a commitment to ethical practices.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check (required for work in correctional facilities).
Requirements:
