Kellwell Food Management, a Correctional Food Service Provider is now hiring a Cook / Supervisor at the Russell County Jail located in Russell Springs, KY. This is a Full-Time position with benefits. We have weekly pay and the starting rate for this position is $12.00 an hour.
We are looking for a food service supervisor to oversee inmates in preparing the meals for the day.
Your job duties will include, but not limited to:
- ensuring recipes are followed.
- ensuring correct ingredients/amounts are used.
- following food safety standards
- moitoring kitchen workers
We supervise and work with non-violent inmates. Working in a correctional facility, we require candidates to pass background checks.
Experience is bulk cooking facilities is preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
