Kelly Architectural Services, located in South Zanesville, is an architectural firm that specializes in medium size commercial and industrial new design and construction administration. We are seeking an office manager who will be the sole admin in an office of 6 architectural and design professionals. The successful candidate will have strong office skills, good communication skills (both written and oral), pay an acute attention to detail and have a solid knowledge of Excel and Word. Responsibilities of the Office Manager
- Managing the schedule of staff
- Managing workflow to ensure efficiency and timeliness
- Preparing spec books for construction documents
- Managing contracts and contact information on all clients
- Using spreadsheets, monitor time spent and reimbursable expenses on all projects
- Archiving finished projects
- Running prints and preparing construction document packets
- Track expenses as needed
- Correspondence
- Managing calls and messages for staff
Requirements of the Office Manager
- A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excel and Word
- An excellent command of written and spoken English
- The ability to work well with others
- The drive to become a team player and to lead when necessary
- Uphold confidentiality of all projects and clients
