Kelly Benefits is seeking an influential individual with a “can do” attitude with excellent communication skills to help grow and retain the Kelly Benefits Strategies “KBS” Customer base by learning, understanding and marketing our ‘Total Benefits Solution’ to all size employers. Understand the foundation of KBS Account Management through support of small & mid-market Account Management processes as well as implementing new groups into Kelly Benefits for 2-200 market segment.
Business Development is 70% of the role which includes - prospecting leads, evaluating products and services to match needs, cold calling, utilizing Salesforce, engaging with leadership, and engaging in dynamic discussions
Account Management is 30% of the role which includes – engaging and supporting the account management processes, being the liaison between new business and KBS to ensure successful implementation, and contributing in conversations with other business development members along the sales process.
Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
· This role is going to be mostly remote but will be needed in the DC/Northern VA area during the week for meetings and networking.
