What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Benefits Implementation Administrator position at Kelly Benefits?
Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD is seeking a critical thinker to work in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment where the individual must be highly organized with great attention to detail. This individual is responsible for accurate and timely implementation into proprietary based computer applications for new, renewing, off-cycle and amendments on behalf of Kelly Benefits clients. This responsibility sets the foundation for client eligibility and billing administration. Specifics include installing fully insured lines of business, rates, waiting period(s) and eligibility rules once in receipt of a clean and complete submission from the broker and/or the account management team. Accountability for accuracy is measured at 98% to ensure our work meets this high standard consistently.
Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
· This is a required on-site role at our headquarters at 1 Kelly Way, Sparks MD 21152. Training on site required for first 6 months, then a potential hybrid schedule with 2 work from home days weekly.
