Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD is seeking an individual to provide professional and efficient service via telephone and email to key contacts with clients in a fast-paced environment. Primarily providing resolution to customer issues by utilizing independent judgment and problem-solving skills to efficiently service, administer and bill client accounts. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with brokers and clients to maximize the business partnership to retain customers and work with affiliated insurance carriers and suppliers in resolving customer problems or concerns. This individual must be comfortable working with demanding customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
