Here at Kelly Brothers Sheet Metal Inc we are looking for individuals who are willing to be hard-working have good moral character and strive to learn. The starting pay is between $17 and $18 an hour. Paid vacation and holidays included. This is a drug-free workplace.

Duties:
- Install insulation materials in commercial buildings
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas
- Apply insulation materials using various techniques, such as stapling, taping, or gluing
- Seal gaps and cracks to ensure proper insulation
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes to determine insulation requirements
- Work with other construction professionals to coordinate insulation installation with other building activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of construction principles
- Experience in construction painting, HVAC, plaster, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, concrete finishing, or frame carpentry is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Note: Previous experience as an insulator is not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
