Digital Branch Manager Summary

As a key member of the Sales Team, the Digital Branch Manager focuses on driving member acquisition and retention, while working on increasing deposits, loans, and net income. The Digital Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing their team, ensuring accountability, and fostering a high-performance culture to meet organization growth goals.

  • Grow Members more than 90
  • Grow Deposits more than $289K
  • Grow Loans more than $1.9M
  • Achieve branch net income of $2.7
  • Cultivate and build a team that focuses on sales.
    • Ensure your entire team is above the bar according to the People Analyzer or you are working a true 5/5/5 plan with them according to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
    • Ensure 90% or more of all new hires are A Players.
    • Terminate any sales team employee hired by you that isn't meeting their quota by their one-year anniversary.
    • Achieve a 90% or better ration of A Players across the team within three years through hiring and coaching.

Digital Branch Manager Classification Full-Time, Exempt, First to Mid-Level Manager

Scheduled Hours

8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mon, Wed.-Fri. 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM Tue. Plus rotating Saturdays and occasional after hour events.

Digital Branch Manager Compensation

Pay: Annual salary starting at $55,000.00, DOE; Paid Bi-weekly

Full-time Employee Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision; Aflac Supplemental Insurance; Short term disability; Long Term Disability; Basic and Voluntary Life; 401K after 90-days as a payroll employee and fully vested immediately!

Full-time Paid Leaves: Vacation, Sick, Bereavement, Jury Duty, Volunteer

Digital Branch Manager Summary of Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or GED required. Some college or completion of a specialized course of study at a business school is preferred. Completed 4 year college degree in Business Administration with Finance, Marketing, or General Business is preferred.

Experience: Two to five years similar or related experience. Preferred candidates with banking/credit union or retail sales management, supervisory background experience a plus.

Other qualifications and skills required:

Knowledge of

  • Federal and State laws affecting consumer loans including Regulation Z.
  • Credit union loan services, policies, and procedures.
  • Consumer lending practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe PDF.
  • Good typing skills (at least 40 wpm).
  • Good Data Entry (at least 6,500 kph).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and problem solver.
  • Excellent oral and written communications.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Cooperative and willing to assist others.
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage projects.
  • Ability to work in stressful, high pressure situations.
  • Strong leadership and ability to assist and supervise others.
