Full-Time Teller Branch Services
Join our team as a Full-Time Teller Branch Services, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service while promoting our financial products and services. Accountability and Outcomes for a Teller Branch Services
1) Member Experience Greets visitors, identifies financial needs, and offers personalized solutions. Guides members to specialists and ensures a smooth experience. Builds relationships through excellent service, product bundling, and loyalty incentives. Assists with account issues and recommends relevant services, while promoting online banking and mobile apps for added convenience.
2) Opportunity Selling Actively listens to members’ needs and cross-sells relevant products like checking accounts, credit cards, loans, and investments. Exceeds sales goals by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities during routine transactions. Educates members on account benefits, loan options, and refinancing opportunities. Promotes loan benefits, participates in campaigns, and drives branch growth through referrals and special promotions.
3) Quality Work and Minimize Errors Verifies transactions, ensures compliance, and identifies sales opportunities in every interaction. Assists with account maintenance and discrepancies while recommending relevant services. Accurately processes transactions, balances accounts, reports discrepancies, and tracks sales performance to drive growth.
4) Outcomes:
- Achieve 130 cross-sells and referrals to uncover member needs by 12/31/25.
- Twelve (12) online reviews with name mention by December 31, 2025.
- Successful completion of product knowledge sales test with an 80% or greater before first 180 days.
- Ensure check loss for the year is minimized not to exceed $1,000 by following credit union guidelines and using good judgement and analysis of negotiable instruments.
- Maintain balancing accuracy to ensure outages do not exceed $50.00 by December 31, 2025.
5) Mission for Teller Branch Services: Refer and cross sell to achieve branch’s membership to at least 3,810 members, $54,718,781.00 loans and $69,331,256.00 deposits while achieving net income of $2,734,384.00 by 12/31/25.

Full-Time Teller Branch Services Compensation & Benefits
Pay: Starting at $14/hour; Paid Bi-weekly
Position Classification: Non-Exempt
Benefits:
- Retirement - 401k with employer match up to 5% after 90 days as a payroll employee

Scheduled Hours: Full-Time availability from 8 AM to 6:00 PM Monday - Friday, rotating Saturday schedule 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM
Full-Time Teller Branch Services Summary of Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or GED
Experience: Up to six months of cash handling, customer service with sales, similar or related experience.
Other required qualifications:
- Good typing skills (at least 30 wpm)
- Good Data Entry (at least 6,500 kph for data field entries)
- The ability to work hard, find solutions and have fun
- Excellent listening ability and verbal and written communication
- Professional appearance and a genuine and self-starter attitude
- Passion for providing outstanding service to our members
- The ability to collaborate with team members
- Able to plan and prioritize workload, strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
