Minimum Requirements:
- 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Arkansas Division of Elementary & Secondary Education background clearance (out-of-pocket, non-refundable expense of $49.25)
Pay Rates (varies on level of education):
- Substitute Teacher, including Special Education and Early Childhood Education: $100 - $186 per day
- Substitute Paraprofessional, including Special Education and Early Childhood Education: $13.33 - $17.33
- Substitute Librarian/Media Specialist and Clerical: $13.33 - $17.33
- Substitute School Nurse: $26.66 per hour
*Receive a $60 weekly attendance bonus for working five consecutive days (Monday-Friday) in Bentonville Schools
