ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kelly Elkins - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Maintain client records and update information as needed.

Assist with customer retention strategies.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist in managing a high volume fast paced environment.

Assisting in auto and home claims.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

One plus years experience in customer service strongly preferred.

Must be able to obtain a property & casualty license.

Comfortable in navigating software tools. ( CRM systems)

Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Contribute to collective goals while sharing knowledge to improve team performance.

Salary : $33,500 - $70,000
