We are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Are you skilled at window and door sales? If you are a peak performer with a focused energy to succeed in your career, then we are looking for you.
We have a unique window and door sales process that is tried and true. We are involved in each order, ensuring a seamless ordering process, delivery and certified FGIA installation.
The Kelly Enterprise sales team must maintain responsible practices and integrity including project management, product knowledge, measurements and customer relations. This is a high commission rate, no income limits, 1099 independent contractor position.
Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for contacting qualified leads provided, generating new business opportunities, initiating cold calling, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the Minnesota territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales processes with at least two years of Windows and doors sales experience, detail oriented, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the building materials industry.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Florida territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, remodelers, architects, and other home service industry professionals.
- Conduct regular sales calls, ensuring follow through on sale leads and cold calling.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with integrity, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow the existing customer base.
Windows and Doors Expertise:
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and market conditions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of distributor’s product offerings and features.
- Provide clients with accurate and detailed measurement guidance and order supervision for a successful project outcome.
Sales Reporting and Success:
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside windows and doors sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within the designated territory as needed.
Compensation
- 1099 Contractor
- High Commission rate with no income limits
