- Maintain product knowledge to effectively support customers and promote products, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and goals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Support inside administration via utilization reports daily, providing critical insights and analysis.
- Research potential customers to build lead lists for outside sales reps, identifying new business opportunities.
