Your duties will include :
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Process new residential planned maintenance contracts
- Quote new in-house commercial contract opportunities
- Review customer supplied service agreements
- Answer inbound calls
- Maintain Sales Quota data in Smartsheet's & Excel reports
- Support Contracts Manager and Rental Department as needed
Requirements :
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong data entry experience
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation
- Ability to work as a team member on project
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Education / Experience :
- High school diploma / GED
- 2 years of contract or customer service experience
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
