Responsibilities
The Generator Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for:
- Coordinating daily schedules with the Service Dispatcher.
- Diagnosing generator problems and/or failures.
- Communicating with inside staff regarding the status of work orders.
- Performing routine and planned maintenance as scheduled.
- Preparing paperwork for requesting parts needed to repair generator systems.
- Participating in ON-CALL rotation.
- Responding to emergency service calls after hours during On-Call rotation.
- Relaying customer information to the office and assisting fellow technicians as needed.
- Staying up to date on service bulletins.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Documented clean driving record.
- Computer savvy with Microsoft-based products.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
