This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the Rental Coordinator's tasks and helping achieve company goals.
Main duties involve:
- Rental dispatch support and participating in on-call rotations
- Providing sales support to external rental teams by ensuring customer documents are received and uploaded promptly
- Coordinating maintenance schedules, managing fuel deliveries, and handling vendor invoices
- Issuing invoices for designated job types, including fuel-related and non-revenue activities
- Monitoring fleet availability and usage statistics
- Entering data into our operational systems
Essential Skills:
- Prior experience in invoicing is an advantage

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
