Responsibilities include supporting Outside Sales Representatives with quotes and documentation, handling incoming calls and emails related to rental sales, entering and updating opportunities in the CRM system, maintaining product knowledge to effectively support customers, collaborating with team members to meet sales targets, and researching potential customers to build lead lists for Outside Sales Representatives.
