Junior Sales Engineer Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000 UNCAPPED commissions.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide quotes for 150kW Generac generators and below.
- Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare cost estimates with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
- Provide technical and engineering information to both clients and contractors.
- Responsible for improvements through analyzing cost -benefit ratios for equipment, supplies or service applications; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials and/or services.
- Contribute to sales engineering by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with high volume inbound and outbound calls.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience reading and understanding blueprints, schematics and related documents.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Education/Experience:
- B.S. in Electrical, Application, Mechanical or Power Generation and/or 3-5 years of previous industrial sales or product training experience with electric equipment, preferably generators, switch gear or building management systems.
- Minimum 1-year B2B sales experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
