The Rentals Support Specialist role is critical in assisting the Rental Coordinator in achieving their objectives and driving business growth.
Main duties include:
- Supporting Rental Dispatch and participating in on-call rotations
- Ensuring timely receipt and uploading of customer documents for external rental teams
- Managing maintenance schedules, coordinating fuel deliveries, and processing vendor invoices
- Issuing invoices for designated job types, including fueling and non-revenue activities
- Fleet monitoring and utilization analysis
- Data entry in our operational systems
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in invoicing is advantageous
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College education is beneficial but not essential
- Four years of customer service experience is desired
