Role Description
Goodman Group Skin, Laser, Hair is looking for an experienced Cosmetic and Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. We are seeking a candidate skilled in performing cosmetic services as well as examining and diagnosing medical skin-related health concerns. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and energetic, and that emphasizes client satisfaction, experience, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess their cosmetic goals, medical history, and suitability for treatments.
- Perform cosmetic procedures in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and desired outcomes.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety and infection control are maintained throughout all procedures.
- Perform skin examinations and order / interpret laboratory tests.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in aesthetic medicine, and best practices to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to deliver seamless and comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and guidance to patients on pre- and post-procedure care, as well as potential side effects and expected results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including treatment notes, consent forms, and patient profiles.
- Uphold the practice’s commitment to excellence in customer service, professionalism, and ethical conduct always.
Qualifications
At least two years of clinical dermatology, cosmetic services and treatments
Excellent customer service skills and bedside manner
Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
Well organized, efficient, and able to operate in a busy work environment.
Team oriented
Operates in a transparent manner with integrity.
Willingness to succeed and grow individually as well as part of a team.
What is required for you to Apply?
Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
Must have RN licensure in MD or a compact party state and be board certified by either ANCC or AANP.
Current NP license for Maryland
2 year of experience in dermatology and cosmetic procedures

Day / Hours : Monday – Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm. 1 Saturday per quarter.
