Key Responsibilities
- Answering customer inquiries and scheduling follow-up appointments
- Responding promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email templates and scripts
- Providing customers with initial product information and directing them to relevant resources
- Presenting financing options based on customer needs
- FOLLOWING UP WITH LEADS THAT ARE NOT READY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OR NO-SHOW
- Participating in team development sessions and maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and management
Requirements
- At least one previous role with customer service experience
- A collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver's license
