Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals through new business and cross-selling to existing customers
- Utilize leads provided by the agency
- Assist customers in meeting their insurance needs
- Educate customers on how to protect their families
Job Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty license required!
- Life license must be obtained before starting
- Minimum 1-3 years of prior insurance experience, preferably with State Farm, Allstate, or Farmers
- Not suitable for candidates with a history of 3-6 months at multiple jobs
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and efficiency
- Proficient computer skills, especially in sales forms
- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident, motivated, and high-energy individual
