Key Responsibilities:

✅ Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top electrician talent.

✅ Screening & Interviewing: Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and fit for various projects.

✅ Pipeline Building: Partner with trade schools, training programs, and industry groups to maintain a steady talent pool.

✅ Job Posting & Marketing: Write and promote engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms.

✅ Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and project leaders to align recruitment strategies with workforce needs.

✅ Candidate Management: Maintain an organized database and track candidates throughout the hiring process.

✅ Salary Negotiation: Support hiring managers in making competitive offers.

✅ Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all applicants.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience: 5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in construction/electrical fields).

✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (experience may substitute).

✔ Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency required.

✔ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of electrical trade requirements and construction hiring practices.

✔ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with recruitment software and ATS systems.

✔ Networking Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with candidates, schools, and industry groups.

✔ Multi-tasker: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
