Human Resources Assistant – Generalist

Job Summary : Are you an organized and proactive individual with a passion for supporting the hiring process? We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiter Assistant to join our client’s team for a short-term project. In this role, you will provide essential support to recruiters by managing candidate communications and scheduling interviews. Your efforts will help streamline the recruitment process and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Candidate Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process. Handle inquiries, provide updates, and ensure timely communication.
  • Interview Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all participants are informed of interview details and logistics.
  • Job Posting : Assist with creating and posting job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website. Monitor postings for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Resume Screening : Assist recruiters in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Flag potential candidates for further review.
  • Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, preparing documents, and assisting with recruitment events.

Job Qualifications :

  • Experience : Previous experience in a support or administrative role, preferably in human resources or recruitment, is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal teams.
  • Attention to Detail : High attention to detail, particularly in managing schedules, candidate information, and recruitment documentation.
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Discretion : Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Education Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
